@ysltzo liked for a starter from JAE
“You’re really early, you know? The club doesn’t open for another hour...”
@ysltzo
“If I give you ten bucks, will you go buy me a macchiato? I really don’t like the cashier-- she’s been rude to me before, but I seriously need a caffeine fix...”
@ysltzo liked for a lyric starter 💿
“Is it love when you so easily said goodbye? Is it love when we’ve given up before we tried?” The questions were rhetorical. Or at least they mostly were. Vinny stared hard at the other male, not breaking eye contact, waiting to see if he was going to answer him or not. This wasn’t something that he was used to - relationships and being so deeply involved with another person that is. It was difficult, much more difficult than he thought it would be when they first started whatever it was that they had going on. But that didn’t mean he wanted to give up. At least not yet.

There were annual ‘meetings’ at random times of the year that Sooyoung’s family gets invited to, though she never really knew what it meant until her childhood years that it was business with other equally or higher level families of the illegal scene.
As the second-in-line to anything her father will give her after her elder sister, she was pretty much treated as just a spare. Though she tried her best to keep up and impress her father by obeying everything, it just wasn’t good enough sometimes. She did everything she can and she was getting tired. Like a ticking time bomb, she can’t wait to plan something and break herself off. These meetings were her chance to prove herself again, every year, that she is- and will be- something in his eyes.
She was also caught up with the people that were there, families who also bring at least one child or two. Her observant nature realizes new money one night, eyeing the family who came from the connections of Chinese triads. It was all connections here, and their fathers acquaint each other. She never really took account to the only child of the Huang Family, but every year she sees him grow and they kept each other company when taken on trips. Her kind nature cant help but attempt to make friendship even though she knew they’ll probably forget each other in their near adulthood.

“My, My, if it isn’t Huang Zitao.” Her matured voice greets the person just as tall as her, raising her glass to greet as she leaned to the table where he was. “I just saw your dad, he’s with Papa right now, actually.”
Sooyoung hauls the unnecessary length of her dress, not really wanting to have ‘potential suitors’ as her father said, since it will be good for business if they merge with someone for more power. But her childish mind and rebellious nature has probably scared away those who try to approach her about courtship.
“You know I thought you’d be alone since you’re just handling the hotels by yourself.” she takes a sip, not very lady-like but still gave off gentle and dainty vibes. “I thought your dad no longer affiliates himself here?”

“I know I’m playing the right notes, so what’s your excuse?” Really while he does try, one thing he isn’t good at is bouncing around the truth.

Yunseo rolled his eyes, folding his arms over his chest defensively. “I word it any way I please. It just slipped out that way.” He tapped his foot against the ground. He knew he had caught Zitao off guard, it was to exact how off guard he was caught the last time. It took a moment for the other to finally answer, but somehow it didn’t satisfy the vampire. “It’s a yes or no question, Zitao.” He grumbled.

Sometimes, Yunseo knew he was being selfishly emotionless around some of the people he talked to. He could easily point out all the wrongs about them, yet have a rather blank expression. Of course, there were moments in which he couldn’t help but smile or laugh, or even spare a frown. But when it came to Zitao, he did it with a purpose. It seemed the other thrived on seeing him crack, so he built up a rather defensive wall about it. It was not that he hated him, in fact, it was simply because he decided to play along with his games.
Except, he hadn’t exactly expected anything like this. He was in the middle of another lecture when it happened when Zitao was suddenly in his space. “What did you-” A flush. Oh god, his cheeks were a burning red. First a compliment and then a kiss? The vampire was unprepared for sneak attacks. “What the fuck...?” He whispered to himself, eyes going wide.
