Processing some apple wood to build the cheese press.

I think this is going to look pretty sick when it's oiled. The core's almost walnut coloured. Aiming for about an inch thickness for the board. I keep thinking "It's for a press it needs to be super sturdy" but it's only meant to press a few kilos.
