If asked, Yue shouldn’t be flying around but... the night was bright with a full moon and Yukito was resting, the recent event of the Cards turning transparent and Sakura collecting new ones got him... restless. So flying around a bit was a good way to calm down and as well to see if everything was fine in Tomoeda, although a lot risky as he honestly isn’t that powerful if comparate with his Master. 

What he wasn’t expecting that during that night he was going to find a weird girl, jumping on the roofs as looking something. As Yue couldn’t feel any normal magic from her he decides to just... Interrogate her. Approaching her flying in front of her.

Who are you? Or if I should ask, what are you? He was direct to the point as his eyes glow in blue with the moon behind him.

Continued “I-I look pale?” The young child asked blinking in response. The girl had no idea why she would be so pale all of a sudden. Her body shifted a bit as she started to feel uneasy on her feet.
