TAWILIS. I’m not a fan of fish that stabs your mouth with its fish bones but if you can eat them and crush it with your teeth then I’m good. This is such a good pulutan especially since you get it for free when you order a bucket of flavored beer. I would usually drown it in their spicy and sweet vinegar.
