Hello! Do you mind if I ask the headcannons about how Subaru and Yui interact at school? Like their school life, or if you don’t want Subaru then maybe other diaboy?

Subaru and Yui

❧ The two don’t have much time together in actual classes as they are in different grades. Though Subaru does frequent her part of the school when he decides to skip classes. He says he’s cooling off his head, but really he was panicked she might be getting into more trouble per usual.

❧ When he isn’t thinking of romance, he’s quite romantic. He’ll grumpily grab her book bag when he notices her slugging around. Subaru will give her his overcoat when it becomes too cold so she can cover her legs. However when he is thinking of others seeing these gestures he becomes embarrassed. Hell act rash and run away.

❧ Yui often asks subaru to eat lunch with her. His usual reply is to say no and walk away until one of the other vampires tries to make her lunch. He then rushes over and scolds her as if she was supposed to be following behind him. She giggles and picks up pace to follow behind him. They typically eat together in Subaru’s home room because most other students leave the room for the cafeteria.

❧ Subaru is the scary guard dog. Yui is always somehow wrapped up in others squabbles and Subaru took notice to that extremely quickly. Either in front of her or scowling from behind, he will find a way to scare off threats. Of course she’s to expect a scolding for being so reckless.

❧ All times are not easy for the two, of course. Subaru tends to get angry and out of control very quickly with little prompt. Yui is always at a loss, but she continues to try to support him. Though he never hits her, he does intimidate her by thrashing about the classroom. The other vampires take quick notice when he leaves her. His leave of absence is never long as he watches her from the shadows, waiting to pop out and protect her from any daring vampire.

❀༻ She keeps her discussions about your work to a minimal and will always phrase her questions regarding your work passable: “Did you save more people today, honey?” She’ll ask instead of questioning if you killed the vampire. Yui doesn’t like to think about the killing aspect of your job.

❀༻ She worries dearly about you all the time. Often times she’ll be waiting at the window resting her chin on her hand waiting for your return. She’s always fearing the worst what you leave for a job.

❀༻ When you do return you’re met with a bright smile, hug, and a loving kiss. She will hide that she was worried about you to not dampen your mood. Instead she will tell you how much she missed you and praise your hard work.

❀༻ Although she does not condone killing, she is closely intertwined with the vampire hunters as she works at the church. Yui works as a median between those who want to start a war to wipe out vampires and those who lean toward pacifist ideologies.

Can I have some hc about yui having a crush on a really chill gal that gets along with pretty much anybody, I feel like she’d watch them from afar and accidentally confuse some of their interactions with romantic interest which causes yui to confess. It’s oddly specific but I just want my girl yui to have love too🥺❤️❤️

❀༻ Yui is the type of girl that prefers to watch people happy together rather than be happy with herself in the mix. She begins to develop a crush on you while seeing the happiness you bring to everyone around you. Your smile is something that makes everything else disappear.

❀༻ Yui will go out of her way to get closer to you. She’ll start by trying to change seats, dropping something in front of you so you’ll tap her shoulder to give it back to her, she’ll offer to be your partner in group projects. Anything she can do to be next to you she will.

❀༻ Every time you approach her first she gets butterflies and can’t help but smile at you. She cherishes every interaction you have together. Yui likes seeing you happy more than anything. She’s willing to keep her crush silent if she thinks it’s best for you. She’s content watching from afar.

❀༻ Because she’s so infatuated with you she tends to make embarrassing mistakes that leave her up at night. She fumbles her words, gets too focused on you and doesn’t hear the teacher calling for her, and she’s incredibly clumsy. The upside is how you take care of her. She loves that you’re willing to make up the words for her when she’s at a loss and how you rush to her side if she falls.

One might wonder just how does Yuichiro wear his hair? Especially in regards to the Kakushi uniform. Well, most of the times or really only when he is working, he wears his hair in a low bun that sits at the nape of his neck. It's not like it's a secret who he is anyways because of the "attitude" he walks around with. As well as his eye color and the way his left sleeve drapes because of his missing arm.

Yui is definitely a cat person! The fluffier the better for her... she really likes big, fat, fluffy cats. I think she also likes gerbils!
