After a couple of weeks after her move, Olivia was ready to say that Port Liery wasn't exactly what she expected. Still fun! And having other werewolves around definitely made her feel like part of the group... but she didn't really know any of them. Not as well as Olivia wanted to, anyway.

So when the invitation from Yuisa came, she could barely contain her own excitement. That was the alpha, being in her inner circle would legitimize her as a part of the pack, everyone would have no other option but to finally, truly, take her in.

Her was only a handful of blocks away from the Warwick hangout spot, so she made her way on foot as soon as she was ready, paying attention not to rush or look too excited; she'd met Yuisa once or twice before she didn't want to embarrass herself in front of her by walking in with the wrong energy.

She played it cool, waving to the other werewolves with a fake confident look on her face. Then she took a deep breath and approached the alpha. "Hey, Yuisa? I heard you wanted to talk? Here I am, ready to get talked to," she hid the bad joke behind an awkward smile.

Olivia felt broken — physically, most of all, considering her face had been rearranged, she was covered in bruises and blood, and maybe half of her fingers felt broken. But she didn't care about that, she was a werewolf, she was going to heal and be fine. What bothered Olivia the most was how broken she felt on the inside.

She was doing so well since she got to Port Liery, she was happy, she found a family, everything was going in the right direction... and then seemingly all went away with one fight. She wasn't the strong werewolf she thought she was. The girl she hit on had someone else. Her pack was about to see what a failure she was. Everything's crumbling.

Olivia was lucky that Arleen had use her influence to get her back to the others safely after passing out in the street, and she was thankful for that, but that meant now everyone knew what happened — or was about to find out. Her sense of smell was still gone, but at this point Olivia could recognize Yuisa by the sound of her boots. She winced in her spot at the thought of her alpha's reaction when she opened the door and saw what she looked like.

She was curled up, knees against her chest and sitting with her back facing the door, hiding from the world for just that extra second if she could. Then the door swings open, and the heavy boots gets closer and she hides a little more against her tiny body before muttering through busted lips, "...'m sorry."

I know it doesn't super helps my case, but those things aren't necessarily mutually exclusive. Yes, I can be impressionable and people have used it against me before, but I genuinely think Yuisa cares about me, and I care about her. I wouldn't wish any other Alpha in the world.
