He didn't know how it happened so fast. Yuko accompanied him in his work room, discussed about the recent incidents and the next thing he knew Yuko struck him with a bat. When he woke up he was in some sort of cave, strapped in some sort of board. (When Summer Cries AU)

"Yuko? Where are you?"

After inspecting his surrundings, his first thought was worry for his daughter, but then Chorosuke remembered she was who knocked him into unconciousness.

"Yuko! What is this?!" He was now angry but it was mostly a mask for his fear.

Yuko: -kicks Oso- how could you do that!? She's your daughter! Hanako: you're no alternate dad of ours! Hiroko: I'm gonna go get someone! Kyou: bad dad! (@ask-the-next-gen-matsus)

They say that silence is never golden no matter the reason. Silence will end up causing disaster. Yuko got up early and went to the library, it was a bit early so she can do her chores later.

Behind the circulation desk stood Hajime Shisaka with his little child sleeping on some chairs next to him. The son of a historian had found himself a job as librarian in the city after the adventure that made the six brothers friends meet; however, it was rare to see the kid there. 

As the adult saw Yuko he flashed her a peaceful light smile and gestured her to be quiet. Not that he needed to do that since this was a place where you were supposed to be quiet.

“Welcome.” He greeted keeping his voice low.

Summer, symbolism of youth. Everything thrives and the sun shines longer. When children get a break from school and fireworks are launched. It is rare for such a season to rain, but when summer rains... it will be a tragic day for all.

Choroki was sleeping, dreaming about that time when they were a family of 5. That’s why not even the heat could woke him up that morning. And yet, there was something that could...

A familiar crack and smell.

“Uh... Chocolate?” He asked not knowing if he was still dreaming or awake.

Welp. Turns out their parents set up a playdate with them and the other kids from the alternate universe. They said that it's going to be in alternate Ichi's mansion so at least it won't be cramped. Teto decided to tag along just because. (@ask-the-next-gen-matsus)

"That's bigger than my 'parents' house!" Teto exclamed as she saw the mansion.

Ah, man! If only she could have both the money and the love! What? She chose love but that doesn't mean she didn't love money as every other matsu.

The other six were following close behind and Choroki smirked when he saw the building.

"I hope they aren't spoiled children like someone I know~!" He teased.

"Ouch! Don't hate the girl, hate the crown! Or I'll kick your ass!" Teto shouted back.

Yuko was certainly nervous. Choroki is gonna visit her place and her mom is visiting... at least Kaja is making light on this by attempting to make sandwiches for them. Hopefully all goes well... (@ask-the-next-gen-matsus)

Choroki was as much an anxious mess as her. He could talk easily to nearly everyone, yet the posibility of disappointing his family was something else.

At least, he had his beloved Todomi by his side. She was such a calming presence. And the little Iro was holding his hand as if sensing his distress. He was a good kid.

They activated their Dimensional Gadgets and traveled to Yuko and Kaja's world, appearing just in front of their house.

Yuko stormed off to the streets with angry tears. She was very upset, how did her parents expect her to move on like that? She ended up going to the other universe and search for Choroki.

This was one of the rare days when his father was at home early. So Choroki was rushing home from his uncle’s house when he found Yuko.

“Eh? Yuko?” He called as the smile he sported deflated. “What’s wrong?”

The first thing he did was to look for bruises or something alike since it was the type of hurt he was used to deal with.
