Eichi Tenshouin x Reader(angst)
TW: reader's near death but no death...yet, I may make a part two.
"Please get well soon, (y/n),
You know how important you are to me."
You were sick. You did not know how. What you knew was that when you had went to doctor's checkup, you were diagnosed with the disease of meningitis. Was that the reason why you had to be held back for a longer period of time unlike before?
Now you were in the hospital bed, IVs sticking out of your whole body like a android robot in the making. And slowly, you knew. Your health was declining, slowly but surely.
Your state was worse than Eichi's younger years. You knew you were dying. Your head felt like it was going to burst, it felt like over a million thick rubber bands were squeezing your head. Your fever was inhuman-like, so high that it meant your cells would die of the heat produced in your body. You couldn't bare to see light anymore as it hurt you, and now you were accustomed to living in the dark. Your whole body was turning into a rigid state, your muscles refusing to move. You weren't able to eat or drink properly, the only way was to put it via your stomach. You couldn't speak properly, as your jaw had locked into place.
From time to time you would have severe convulsions despite your state, along with a sense of loss of reality. You were in and out of consciousness, and it was starting to show. Muffled sounds of pain due to your convulsions and seizures was all people could hear from you when you tried to speak.
Eichi comes into your hospital room, where you reside, and looks sadly to your broken state. Looking at the heart rate monitor next to you, he was able to see your heart rate slow down. He sighs, and brings a small stool near your bed.
"Your hands... they used to be so soft..."
No reply.
He should be used to it by now... but why does he still shed tears at your pitiful state?
Izumi Sena x Reader(angst)
TW: Its angst. It's Ryeo. Put the two together. Also you and Izumi have a child
"What's the point anymore...?
You're gone."
Izumi was not the person to do this. It was your birthday. But you were not there to celebrate it along with him.
He set the small but meaningful cake on your desk. With a small note of happy birthday in his handwriting. Looking around, he noticed the dust had started to pile in your room. Coughing lightly into his arm, he goes out to get some cleaning supplies. After all, if you aren't here, it's his duty as your partner to clean your room.
Right?
Technically, you both are lovers and partners after all.
Getting the vacuum, he puts a mask on and starts cleaning. From the main floor to the smallest corners and edges of your room. Once he was finished, he had gotten a duster and a rag to clean the small accessories and shelves.
When Izumi was done, the room had looked much better. Taking the mask off, he sets it down on your desk, next to the small cake.
"Ow!"
Rubbing his eyes, Izumi looks at the glass picture frame that had reflected the sunlight into his eyes.
His before mood had dampened to something more melancholic and nostalgic.
It was you and him at both of your graduation from Yumenosaki private academy. Both of you looked so happy.
"Papa! Papa! Leo is here!"
Turning around, Izumi sees his child, donned with a small (f/c) bow at the right of her head.
His daughter looked so much like you.
Smiling, he nods and sends (d/n) off, and sets back the frame gently on the nightstand, hearing his orange haired unit mate and his daughter chatter happily downstairs.
Sitting on the bed, he closes his eyes.
"I miss you, (y/n). You'll be watching over me and (d/n), right?"
He felt a warm embrace. Drops of warm tears left his blue eyes. He wouldn't be able to feel your real embrace again.
"I'll watch over you, our daughter and your unit, Izumi"
And the warm embrace had left. More tears had left. His cheeks warming from the water droplets.

Tsukasa Suou x Reader(angst)
gn!reader
TW: angst, broken hearts
※Reader's s/o is Kohaku Oukawa.※
"I... didn't have a chance from the start,
didn't I?"
It was a known fact that Tsukasa was head over-heels for you.
The whole of Ensemble Square knew it, even if he didn't say anything.
His actions showed it all, after all.
But what made some look at the red haired boy in pity was that you, did not know about his feelings.
And some knew, that you already had a lover.
A caring, kind, and loving boyfriend.
You and Kohaku had met first as strangers, but when both of you were able to know each other better, you two had developed feelings for each other.
That was six months ago.
As Kohaku was an idol, both of your relationship was in private, which had let Tsukasa to believe that you did not have a significant other.
When Tsukasa heard that Kohaku had gotten a significant other, he was happy for his younger cousin. Tsukasa wanted the best for him after all.
Yet Tsukasa did not hear who Kohaku's lover was.
So when Tsukasa saw the both of you, Kohaku and you, together walking at a park, he had faltered for a bit and composed himself.
Surely he wasn't barging into something private, right?
Oh how wrong he was.
But he didn't know. No. Tsukasa didn't notice his cousin's face grimacing when the red haired tagged along.
But you had welcomed him to join, yes. You didn't make a face or say anything that said he was not welcomed.
It was at Knights practice when Tsukasa had told his unit members that he would confess to you.
But due to how exited the boy was, he wasn't able to notice Izumi looking away in pity, how Leo's smile dropped, how Arashi had covered her mouth, and how Ritsu had woken up from his sleep, looking at the red haired boy.
Yet, they weren't able to say that you were already taken.
By his cousin nonetheless.
Gesturing to the window and down below outside the window, Tsukasa followed his senior's gestures, and saw you and his cousin.
After some seconds had passed, Izumi moved.
Both holding hands in a tight grip, swaying them around and walking to a cafe nearby.
No. He couldn't believe it.
Sure, Kohaku did have a significant other, but he didn't tell him that it was... you.
"When the sun sets, it's the indicator of your death.
So why did you have to go so early, (y/n)?"
Heartbreak... something you hear so much in day to day life, romance dramas, movies and about everywhere. But not much of the world's population knew it could happen to someone's body.
How much it could hurt just one person because of grief, sorrow, anguish. And yet, it had happened to you.
Survival rates may have been high if the issue was found more quickly... but it was too late for you. And your partner, next to you was crying, tearing his emotions out while holding your nearly deathly cold hand.
You should not have known about your mother's death so quickly and so suddenly. It all happened in one second. So quickly that you did not have the time to comprehend the information you were given. You had to attend your mother's funeral. Yet she was so healthy, so... lively, in a sense. How did this happen? You did not know.
It was deafeningly quiet.
Your x-ray scans near the small table of your death white hospital bed, the only colour was your near dying colour of your skin. Your heart had already burst, the left ventricle having too much stress on it because of the swelling. No surgery would be able to fix it anymore, no... it would be impossible.
Doctors had informed Ritsu that you did not have much time to live. Only a mere few minutes would be all.
He did not believe it at first. But once he saw your dying figure, he had dropped to his knees.
You looked so different from before.
The only thing you were able to hear before everything went dark, was an anguished, I love you still.
Your hand went cold.
The colour of your skin becoming white, like the hospital bed underneath your now lifeless body.
Still gripping onto your dead hand with hopeless hope, Ritsu looked at your face.
Gone.
You were gone.
And both of your promised futures... was now into shreds.

Hajime Shino x gn!reader(angst)
“You’ve become so apathetic…
So why… did you choose it?”
Was it fate or was it a last resort? No one knew, and you didn’t know as well. Your responses were robotic, nearly no sense of emotion.
Your schizophrenia became worse, agitation, delusions, and even dangerous behaviour became worse and worse the more you refused treatment. Your persecutory delusions became much worse, the more violent you’d get when someone would try to help you.
It was useless.
You were taken to the surgery room after being sedated - a difficult process as you had nearly attacked someone in the process. Taking a few hours, Hajime waited by your empty hospital bed, waiting for your return.
He was informed about the procedure. How it would affect you. Yet he didn’t have a choice to say yes or no, as it was the last resort. The blue haired boy desperately wanted to say no, but he wasn’t able to once he saw your form, unconscious, being rolled into the surgery room.
That was the last moment he was able to see you, without properly saying a ‘I love you’. He wanted you to have a good memory before everything was severed.
But it was too late as the automatic doors closed.
An hour had passed until you were rolled back to the hospital room. Hajime, wiping his tears, letting space for you to rest in as he peered over the doctors’ shoulders to look at you.
TW: PLEASE SKIP IF YOU GET EASILY WOOZY.
Your right eye was bandaged. A procedure of the lobotomy surgery - putting the medical tool in your eye socket to sever the nerves - that had made Hajime look away. Just imagining how it must have looked nearly made him gag.
END OF TW
Your form was sleeping - nearly unresponsive as the doctors left, nurses giving Hajime a checklist on how to care for you when the nurses weren’t here.
And when you had woken up, you were unresponsive, but noticing who Hajime was and thankfully knowing a little about your surroundings. But what made Hajime’s heart heavy was when you asked what his relationship was with you.
Weren’t you his significant other?
But you didn’t give any response when Hajime had told you about the status of the relationship with him.
It hurt, but he had slowly walked you on what you needed to do step by step. And fortunately, your symptoms were gone - but with a more severe repayment for the removal of your symptoms.
And it seemed that you did not care about anything in life as you lay on your hospital bed, Hajime’s hands holding your left hand as you watched the white ceiling.
You did not care when he had dripped tears on your hand.
