Ok #Instafam I just returned home from my day in Santa Monica, and I had dinner at a nice restaurant. I had Australian lobster with sautéed mushrooms, and a side of clam chowder. Berry Bomb Smooch!

Hi guys!! It´s been a very busy week and I really couldn´t wait for saturday to come to enjoy this week´s Berry Bomb Smooch!! You wanna know how it´s made?! Then let´s get started!!

Since Berry Bomb Smooch consists of two layers, I prepared each layer with different ingridients.

Top Layer:

- a frozen banana

- 1 ripe mango

- 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks

Bottom Layer:

- 2 cups of frozen blueberries 

- Handful of blackberries

- 1/2 cup of yofu (soy yogurt)

It´s a great combination giving you a positive energy boost!! While my most favourite fruits; berries are taking care of antioxidants, mango and pineapple which are one of the most alkalizing fruits, will keep your pH in balance!! 

You can top Berry Bomb Smooch with any kind of berries!
