Kava: post your favorite color scheme

Lavender: does physical activity help you relax? Honestly, sometimes. It really just depends on the activity tbh. If I’m angry, going on a speed walk helps calm me down. But if I’m sad, then usually not.

Ginseng: post a photo of somewhere you feel calm
