find a place that can help u focus better (mines the public library lol, everyones studying too so its just kinda motivating)
make a summary sheet before ur exams ! i have like a 6k word doc of every fact i needed to remember for my history exam lol
listen to music w no lyrics :) music w lyrics can b distracting at times (at least it is for me) so ive got like a whole study playlist which is all music w no words lol
write notes down by hand!! i know its so tiring but writing things down by hand can help u memorise stuff better (at least in my experience)
put on do not disturb for ur phone and other devices lol... i feel like everyone usually does this for studying tho
