I like to think that Frances is missing an eye and has a massive collection of false eyes she got with the money from zomburger and just doesn't put one in during work to stay in the zombie mood. Horrible depth perception because of it.

i also thought she was missing an eye, and i think her eye collection ranges from normal eyecolors to fictional character references to Bright Blue. she puts that one on when she really wants to freak out her coworkers. shows up to work one day with the bright blue Staring Into Your Soul eye and Allen starts making The Tell-Tale Heart references all day. Conrad literally cant look her in the eye when they talk. Cesare begs her to remove it, its so freaky. Frances loves her job.

frances otherwise doesnt really need the eye. her 1 eye is already really really strong. she doesnt like opening it without a glass eye in because the lack of an eyeball creeps her out. unfortunately this also means she keeps banging her hip into the kitchen counter and needs help exiting the truck lest she fall on her ass.
