Exactly.

Even back then, I heard people talk about Shadow dying and “how in the world could he come back”. There was even a cutscene in his game where I thought he died from an explosion. Like Sonic supposedly died to Eggman when he tired to give him the fake emerald. He fell to Earth in his super form. In one of the Sonic Advance games after the Super Sonic fight, Sonic fell to Earth too without being super, but Tails caught him on his plane. If Shadow was too tired to use Chaos control, he could have been caught on something. I’ll take Shadow being alive.

Yep! I spent a looooot of time in the Chao Garden, but I just played as much as I could and before I knew it, I unlocked the Last Story. It was a bit hard, especially the Biolizard. God the Biolizard. But after like 3 or 4 game overs, I beat it and I’m so glad that I got to experience that game.
