Review of YVESOM’s Pearl Collagen Velvet Mask
YVESOM is a Korean brand that manufactures all of its products with pure and healthy ingredients originating from nature. Their Pearl Collagen Velvet Mask is designed to change dull and rough skin into a fresh, dewy look. Key ingredients include: 1,000ppm of pearl extract (skin regeneration, anti-redness, brightening, whitening, supports skin health), 10ppm of hydrolyzed collagen (anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, aids in collagen-production), lemon fruit extract (anti-acne, enhances skin, brightening, nourishing) and allantoin (softening, soothing, protecting, stimulates new cell growth). This mask contains 27 ml (0.91 oz) and it has kind of nice skincare creamy scent.
The material is very soft and comfortable. The eyes, nose and mouth holes all fit pretty well, though the eyes are a little small.
Recommended use is to open the product, spread out the sheet, align with the eyes and mouth and then attach the sheet. After 15-20 minutes, remove the mask and gently tap the remaining ampoule on the skin to absorb. After using, this mask is extremely luxurious due to it's very creamy and rich nature. The mask is very soft and adheres well to the face due to the creamy essence. There's a slight skincare fragrance, but it's not too bad. The ingredients are nice, but there are some irritants mostly towards the end of the list so this could be a problem for sensitive skin. After I removed the mask I noticed that my skin looked very even toned and extremely moisturized. I didn't see any irritation on my skin and there is tons of essence. I'd recommend this to anyone with dry and/or aging skin, it's very nourishing and moisturizing and would probably be too much for oily skin.
What I like: this mask is very moisturizing and nourishing, the essence is very creamy and it's a beautiful mask. The mask itself is comfortable and soft on the skin and the ingredients are great for dry skin. It also eliminated redness and the effects are long-lasting. What I don't like: there's a fragrance that could be an irritant and there are some ingredients that could also be a problem.
