Yes, i took a picture of eggs. Why? This has become such a staple for me when i take care of Ilaya during the day - super easy to pull out of the fridge, quick to whip up for both of us to eat at the same time and #protein ! Dads - never underestimate the awesomeness of getting your kid to eat something on their own unsupervised... Sometimes we have to feed her stuff she can't eat (like cereal) and sometimes we have to feed her stuff that she CAN eat on her own while she's distracted - just cause thats the kind of place she's in... So yeah - scrambled eggs has been a saviour for me many times cause i can plop em in front of her and have both hands free to either eat my own (in a fobby roti & pickle way - my fave) and/or work at the same time! Plus i may or may not but mostly do forget to prepare her meals in advance... A lot... Go me.
