im not old /cry /j. Also oh my god this ask is really unexpected, especially for it to be numbers and letters. Especially letters. So no need to be sorry cause now I get to rant about my very positively favorite letter in the whole wide world for the next thirty seconds or so.
1. L
By far, my favorite alphanumeric symbol is the letter L.
To compare my love of other lesser letters to that of the letter L is like comparing the radiance of a lightbulb in comparison to that of the summer sun. There is no contest nor will there ever be a contest because the divide between my favorite letter and all the other ones is so vast that the others might as well be in an alternate universe.
On top of being the most elegant and best letter ever, the letter L also starts most of my favorite words, Lycoris being the big number one of the bunch. Lilac and Liminality take the second and third respectively. It’s a letter that makes me very happy just by seeing it - and I’m pretty sure I get a tiny serotonin boost just by enunciating its sounds.
Because it’s my very favorite letter, my affection for it tends to bleed towards words - objects - people that contain the letter L in them. Yes, that’s right, people. Regardless of where it is in a name (okay, I lied, bonus points for first letter), I’m more likely to be positively disposed towards people that have that letter in their name than those that don’t - or at the very least they can get away with more things. Don’t ask me why I’m like this - I don’t understand either asfsfsdfaa.
So yes, the best letter is the letter L, and I’ll fight whoever says otherwise.
