Oh how he hoped his ears were deceiving him, that a complete stranger hadn't just ordered him to remove his own headphones. The audacity to even approach someone who clearly had no desire whatsoever for making small talk, hence the silent headphones ploy in the first place, took him aback, for a second leaving him to stare at the male. "Unless you're going to have me hanged, drawn, and quartered for wearing headphones, I'm going to say no."
