The first Rosa Mexicano opened in 1984, and although the experience is so great you may feel you are in an alternate universe, you are, sadly, not. These so-called "Pink Mexicans" have truly mastered the art of guacamole making. It may be that everything is pre-cut and all they have to do is smash up some avocados, but you will absolutely "Ooh" and "Aah" at how much better theirs is than your homemade "I-looked-this-up-on-the-internet" recipe. And don't even get me started on the food.
