(for Zack) "Did you eat all my oreos?"
“What? No! Nah, not the oreos, no way. I’d never do that.” Oh god, Zack really hoped Cloud wouldn’t go through the garbage. He’d only meant to take a few of them. Really.

(for Zack) "Did you eat all my oreos?"
“What? No! Nah, not the oreos, no way. I’d never do that.” Oh god, Zack really hoped Cloud wouldn’t go through the garbage. He’d only meant to take a few of them. Really.
(for Zack from sapphirecadet, you pick male or female for Cloud ^^) 'The baby's full term. It won't be long.'
“Really? That’s awesome! I just need to make sure I’m not on duty so I can be there when they’re born.” Zack sat down next to Cloud and hugged him closely. He’d not expected this after everything that had gone on, he was still surprised to be living in Edge after Meteorfall. “After all that’s happened, then there’s this little one... I still hate that I was in Modeoheim for most of it.”
"I love starlight, it makes me feel better about my problems....about myself...", Sephiroth smiled, taking Zack's hand. The truck was dirty and had made strange noises on the way here, but now that they were here - wherever that was - he couldn't care less. The city never allowed him to look at all the stars.
Going out into the country had been Sephiroth’s idea and Zack was more than happy to go with him. It had been entirely too long since he’d gotten the chance to see the stars in their full glory, making tonight simply exceptional. Of course, now he had an amazing partner there with him making it even better.
Squeezing Sephiroth’s hand, Zack nodded with a big dumb grin on his face and his eyes up at the stars. “I love it but you know... I don’t know if the stars would ever be as beautiful to me as you are,” he murmured. “Your hair looks like silk woven from the moon and your skin is like porcelain... And here you chose a bag of hammers like me.”
"I love you"
Send me “I love you” and I’ll generate a number from 1-20 to see how my muse responds.

“Prove it.”
The words were out of his mouth before he even thought of the implications they might’ve had. Zack stood by them though. He really wanted to see what it was that Angeal would do to try and prove this to him. “In Gongaga, it’s common to have someone prove their affections in various ways…”
Minus One
It started as a message from a Third Class, harmless in every way, that he had a phone call waiting on him. Zack didn't get those often that weren't going directly to his PHS, it was strange to entertain the thought. Of course, when he got to the office, he understood why.
So far, he'd been sitting in the same position staring at the same spot on the wall for almost two hours. Several Shinra personnel walked by and Zack hadn't once smiled at them or greeted them. It was much worse since he knew them. He knew their faces, their fighting styles, even the few who were comfortable enough telling him their darkest secrets.
It appeared that he couldn't quite bring himself to react. The numbness in his chest was harder for him to deal with than he thought it would be, trying his best to understand. The news was surreal and harder for him to process since he wasn't at home, not when he knew that if he's just been there, that person would have still been alive.
As such, Zack just at there with his elbows on his knees and his eyes staring at the wall, unseeing. He wanted to say something, tell someone, go home and help them there, but he was suspended right then. He felt someone drop down into the seat beside him but he didn't quite hear the at first. When he realized, Zack just nodded absently.
"Yeah, I'm fine," he whispered.
╳ (For Zack)
Send ╳ for my muse dying in your muse's arms.
He knew how it happened and he knew he should have listened. He’d been told not to be a hero at the beginning of the mission because there was no guarantee that they would make it out alive.
Zack didn’t listen.
The behemoths in the area were enhanced and any operatives inserted into the problem area were to remain close to one another as it would take around ten Seconds to take these things down. Of course, Zack had somehow managed to lose the group he had been involved with, they’d all been killed within a few minutes and the rest were run off toward a restricted area. It was enough that Zack had trouble just getting away from the beast.
He should have known that he couldn’t have stopped the behemoth near the cliff. The amount of damage that he took was nearly enough to kill him but Zack wasn’t confident he was going to get out of this. The body of the behemoth fell, cracked, and ripped open a few meters away from him, washing not only with his own blood and the dirt of the cliff as he’d tumbled to the base of the ravine.
Consciousness slipped in and out for him until he felt a hand under his head and a forearm supporting him as he tried not to cough up his own blood. “S-seph...,” he coughed. Zack’s mouth had filled with blood while he’d been laying as he had, the change of position almost choking him. “Fucked up. D-don’t tell Angeal on me, will ya?”

Coming home from missions meant that Soldiers had a little bit of downtime and Zack was very much about that. Even if he didn't, he still would have roamed Midgar in his spare time. After giving his report, he headed on down toward Sector 5, waving to a few people he recognized along the way. He was as cheerful as usual, not a part of that having changed, and walked with a slight heaviness in his steps.
There was a bit of a shadow behind his eyes but the sight of the familiar church chased it away. Zack took a deep breath and smiled to himself, closing his eyes. He could do this! It had been a while since he'd been here to see her, having only recently changed his hair style and he was a little worried.
Would she think he was stupid looking? He hoped that wasn't the case but he had to get going anyway. Throwing the doors open, he let them swing closed behind him, noticing a swatch of pink color up ahead. "Aerith! It's been too long are you going to come over here and give me a hug or not?"
‘♒’ [[How about Zack?]]
Send me ‘♒’ for my muse to have a mental breakdown in front of yours.
The First Class was fairly quiet. Zack didn’t have much of anything that he could say about any of this and he didn’t want to say anything right then that could have gotten him into trouble. While he was silent, there was nothing but chaos in his head.
He was panicking, freaking out slightly trying to figure out just where in Gaia he was. The one person he’d tried talking to had never heard of Midgar and never once mentioned any place he recognized. Sitting in the chair with a flamboyant young man that reminded Zack of a Genesis and Sephiroth crossover, Zack played with his fingers.
“Um... you said this was Lindblum? Where uh... how do I get at least to Wutai?”
