This is Prelude no. 24, by Zaderatsky. He wrote somewhat dark music. He was a victim of the purges by the Soviet government, so his 24 Preludes are one of his only surviving works. Because of this fact also, I can't say too much about him. I hope you enjoy this work as much as I do.
