“Into the Forest of Dread”
Not all of the stories told in Destiny are gun-toting thrall-blasting loot-snatching hero tales. There are a lot of them that are dark, dreary, nevermore style. Of ancient gods ripping what you never could feel away from you. Where technology so advanced its beyond your scope of knowledge enacts vengeance for something you aren’t aware you would do. When your friends can just vanish into the night before they could get out a scream.
I wonder if any of the dead ghost’s memories are traumatizing for our Ghost? To see a guardian walking into a forest, knowing it will never see them again. Do they see us in that situation? Does it know we will return for certain?
