I guess considering how SPN is, is never going to happen xD But it would be great, because not that I dislike action or anything, but too many times on the show important conversations get interrupted because of menial action, and they never finish.
Yeah, there's definitely a case to be made that SPN has reached the opposite extreme of 'too much action at the expense of emotional exploration/development.'
God, I don't envy TV writers - it's a HARD BALANCE to get right.
