1. What makes you happiest in life? That feeling when I sing out loud and hear the echo rolling over and feel a little bit more alive.

2. If it were to be taken away what would you do about it? Do an operation on my vocal chords and sing again.

3. Favorite band and why? It's a tie between the Billy Talent and Guns'n'Roses. And as to why - hell if I know, GnR are the thing I grew up with, Billy Talent... I do not know. Really. It is like asking why do you love someone. You just do and that is that.

4. When was the last time you made direct eye contact with someone because you wanted them to see you? 2 seconds ago.

5. Is there ever a time when violence is justified? I might say, no, there is no such time. Yet I know that life will prove me wrong.

6. What is the price of freedom? Comfort is the price of freedom. Freedom is not cheap, nor is it convenient, it is a hard thing to choose and for the most part we give it up for temporary comfort.

7. Will you come to my next gig if I give you a cookie? Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? I come to the gig and give *you* a cookie? Musicians do not hand out sweets, it's not how any of this works. You give us music, we  give you hearts and energy and all the good vibes and what not? But ok, I will come and demand my cookie.

8. Would you ever leave your current life if you knew that you could live undisturbed on a self-sufficient farm? I actually tried it for a whole. 400km from civilization, 3km till the nearest house, near to no roads, wolfs singing with me on cold winter nights, that sort of thing. Didn't work out for me very well in the end. I am *kind of* from country myself, so I need the connection with nature on regular basis. Yet being left without any kind of real social interaction.... it is a spooky thing to be left alone in an angry Multiverse of your own head.

9. Where would you like to retire; the mountains, forest, beach, city or country? Forest. It is the most magical of places.

10. Favourite book? Too many. At the moment Wise Man’s Fear by Patrick Rothfuss.

11. If you could learn an ancient language what would it be and why? I will say - Sanskrit. It's considered dead, it's the liturgical language of Hinduism, a philosophical language in Buddhism, and Jainism. I would like to learn it because hearing that my own language - latvian - is very old and rare and special is one thing. Learning yourself that I could go to India and say for example "rasa" (dew), "suns" (dog) or "sirds" (heart) and there would be people that might even understand me, is just... surreal.

To be honest I don't have a best friend right now.  I've kind of drifted away from everyone recently, so I'm not terribly close with my friends anymore.
