Reflection…I’ve turned my back on it so many times, feeling not quite good enough if my size was not single digit. Silly thoughts beliefs…we are not born feeling imperfect, we learn to become self conscious. Over the past few years I have examined where “my” negative messages came from and this last year I have been able to reprogram them. Thankfully! Do you know where your messages stem from? Have you made efforts to reprogram those messages? Please share…
