Aileen squinted her eyes and looked up as a shadow covered her where she sat in the grass in the garden. She had a book in her lap, one she’d been reading, but Zane’s shadow blocked the light she was using to read. “Let me guess, you’re out here to smoke and decided I needed some company,” she teased him, offering the other an amused smirk. “You know what they say about those who assume.” // @zanecosh​

Zane suffers from severe social anxiety. As his father is a famous musician, his family has been hounded by paparazzi ever since he was little, though his disorder didn't flare until he was nearly kidnapped. Snatched right out from under his parents nose, it took security fifteen minutes to find him before any real damage could be done physically, but those fifteen minutes had been the longest of his life and Zane hasn't been the same since. He gets on well with his family, but he's home schooled and has a plethora of online friendships, though even then he's somewhat distant. He's just a really awkward, handsome baby and he needs all the love.
