Do you have an idea on the months you will need the volunteers to show up? I’m highly thinking about it, but wondering if anything happens, would I be able to drop out?
Volunteer positions are really loose and free. You will need to show up to tour the space on tour date, which we don't know yet, but it likely won't be for a few months- think October-ish. You will need to show up on the day of the event to help out, too. The third time you'd need to show up will be between the tour date and the date of the event, just in case we have a meeting, but it's tentative.
Basically, it is VERY important that volunteers show up to the scarce meetings we have that concern them. If you can't make it to a meeting or tour date, you have to let us know in advance- and if there's an emergency, like death, hospitalization, etc., we'll understand, of course.
