God my main Adaar, Solmera, almost had a fucking fit at Halamshiral because she’s brilliant and elegant and amazing in every way and this chucklefuck calls her an ox.

1. We have reservations for a really fancy restaurant for our wedding anniversary (17 years!) Saturday next week. Not only did the date fall on a Saturday, it also happened to be a scheduled ‘Parents Night Out’ so we don’t have to find a baby sitter. :) 

2. I have a trip planned to go see @galadrieljones :)

3. I just got told my bonus for this year, and it is pretty nice, and mostly it is awesome because my boss was very concerned with me feeling appreciated. He is amazing, I don’t know what I have done to deserve a boss like that.

4. I have a new chapter of The Dead Season to read

5. I finally made a hair appointment, I haven’t had a haircut since... December :P. 

I have recently done this so I tried to come up with something more recent. :)

Try the Kingkiller Chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss, particularly if you're interested in unique systems for magic.

One of my favourites right there ;) I fully hope to enjoy the third book one day. Probably as an 85 year old woman lol

Solmera Adaar would absolutely wrangle a baby varghest and raise it to hunt/fight with her. (If DA specific animals are off the table she'd have a falcon)

oh hell yes both are awesome!!! i never even though to have a varghest, they were lookin cuties and FIERCE. also could be very cool interesting mounts?? very cool *o*
