What would you gift Zas for valentine's day ? I mean, if you were together.. not like you're gay or anything but...yaknow......
I had to think for a while but..
He would take him to the fanciest restaurant to treat him like a prince (but also make him super uncomfortable and would love that)
But at first..
Romeo would give him flowers. He's a gentleman, and knows everyone deserves some flowers, even this stinky dog who probs doesn't what to do with them...
(I've realised i forgot to draw his burnt scars aaaa)
Another AF attack for @eternoush, featuring our OCs Zasalamel and Romeo ; our lovely toxic gays ; our little horrible monsters that we love endlessly
Story about them below!
- Five of Swords -
Conflict ; Disagreement ; Winning at all costs.
"This wasn't the first time Zasalamel had played with Romeo. Disobeying ; lying ; putting both of them in a deliciously difficult situation. Enemies appearing where they shouldn't have had any, fights breaking out when they should have been slinking away. Assassinations going tits up, requiring far more bloodshed than was originally planned. The Zoroark revelled in this. The little King was too boring for him. Too careful.
This was supposed to be yet another blood-soaked mess, designed to make his companion furious, whom had watched from the other side of the room, silent, arms crossed.
And yet Romeo's eyes had taken an unusual gleam, as he and the fox stood in this tavern room, beholding this unnecessary massacre. His hardened expression betrayed no panic, no anger.
Zasalamel was waiting for the shoe to drop, for the usual scolding to happen, for another chance to lash out at Romeo. Yet, none of it happened. Instead, a single word rung out from the Noivern's maw, radiating with pure authority.
"Kneel."
Zasalamel blinked. Then let out an incredulous sound, too surprised to even be angry.
"Are you fucking kidding me ? You're going to ask me to kn-"
Romeo took a first step, and his eyes began to shine with a pale, sickly blue light. The Zoroark tensed up and his powers flared, ready to block these meager attempts at mind control, as usual-
And felt his mental barriers crumble, as if made from paper and straw. His thoughts were overpowered and his mind seized by the time he could even be surprised. His eyes opened wide and his limbs froze. He struggled to understand, as for the first time in the two short months they'd journeyed together, Romeo took control.
Kneel.
Kneel.
Zasalamel tried to speak, and no sound came out. He tried to buckle and fight, and his legs bent. He tried to scream and curse, and soon was on his knees, eyes locked into the Noivern's unbroken, overwhelming gaze.
A clawed hand came to rest on the Zoroark's shoulder, before slowly sliding up to his cheek as a satisfied smile crept up on the bat's muzzle. The fox couldn't even grit his teeth or snarl. All he could do was stare, and obey, as his face was grabbed and lifted like a vulgar dog's.
"A tool does not fight back. A tool does not disobey."
Zasalamel felt lances of psychic power pinning his mind and body in place, and blood oozed out of his nose as he fought, fiercely and uselessly, against this control.
"Let this be a lesson, little fox. Follow me, or die like the rest."
As soon as the words had had their effect on Zasalamel, he felt his face and mind released. He slumped back, almost falling, catching himself at the last second with a shaky hand.
Romeo looked down with disdain and annoyance.
Quick as lightning, his wrist was grabbed by the trembling Zoroark below him. He did not flinch.
"A...again," Zasalamel groaned, wiping the blood off his snout.
"Pardon?"
"Do that again. You're gonna need it to stop me from ripping your throat out."
