会話AIエンジンを開発する ZEALS は13日、ウェブメディアのパブリッシャーが記事コンテンツ配信用のチャットボットを作成できる API「BOT TREE for MEDIA」をローンチすると発表した。このサービスを使うことで、パブリッシャーは、LINE、Facebook、Slack、Skype などを通じて、読者の記事に関する問い合わせに対応可能なチャットボットの提供が可能になる。13日時点では、βテストに参加を希望するパブリッシャーからの事前登録の開始のみで、実際のサービス開始時期については未定だ。
