Zebra Morays are a type of eel that have been creatively named as such due to their dark body and white stripes. It is the only member of its Genus - Gymnomuraena - though it is sometimes grouped with the genus Echidna [not related to the mammal Echidnas].

Though it can grow up to 1.5 metres long, it is usually only around 0.5m, so they are considered medium sized fish. They're also nocturnal and hunt their prey! They only eat crustaceans, sea urchins and mollusks - whereas other Moray Eels eat fish, crustaceans and octopodes.

Yeah the plural of octopus is octopodes! That's so silly! Also it was so so hard to find black and white stimboard stuff!! I usually use colour anyway but wow.. I did it though!
