@zeerogue no it is. His name is Takashi Shirogane. He's absolutely japanese. It's arguable that Keith is at least half Japanese as well, since I think his last name is kogane. Or maybe even korean, if I got his last name wrong. Judging from his VA. There's really no excuse.
