1. If you could pick one power to help you be a super villain what would it be and what would your name be?
Ahaha I don't know, I'd just really like to be a witch--an exceptionally gorgeous/charismatic witch who gets to study magic all day and wear badass clothes. I'd just keep my name (and possibly take over the world, too, but idk we'll see when I really get down and into it).
2. What’s your favorite texture and why does it comfort you?
Whatever the texture of Persian rugs and Chinese dyed-wool blankets are, haha. Those are just textures I've been most familiar with since childhood.
3. What do you think your patronus would be if you had one? (Sorry to non-HP people??)
likely a horse, except i'm gross and will eat everything so maybe coyote
4. What smell comforts you the most, what does it make you think of?
Basmati and jasmine rice--reminds me of my parents and of home ;n;.
5. Have you found any new music lately? Link to your favorite song. (If you’ve found no new music, link to one of you favorite songs.)
aahaha, too many favorites to even think of! I listen to everything from jazz to rap, charts to metal, and US folk to international folk. I've always thought Tool was pretty brilliant, though; but I also love Common, Fleet Foxes, Silversun Pickups and Beyoncé haha. Bat for Lashes is AMAZING, too, but I don't think I'll ever tire of anything sung by Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine. I recently stumbled upon this song of hers that never made it to any of her albums, I guess? Unless I live under a rock and it's already been passed around the world twice without my notice.
6. What was the last movie you saw/went to see? Was it any good? Why or why not.
Aahhh ;A;!! I don't really watch movies, oops? Not that I don't enjoy them, I just can't sit long enough to watch one through, which is awful because I love to write (fanfiction, mostly, haha), and I find that watching films helps enhance my storytelling. The last film I saw, though, was Beasts of the Southern Wild, which was INCREDIBLE, and easily one of my favorites.
7. What’s your favorite meal? Why?
Homecooked ethnic stuff I don't even know how to describe, so I'll just link to the photos ahah; though I think everyone everywhere pretty much knows what bao zi and jiao zi are, right? Aloo esfenaj is a Persian food that's my fav, too (though it looks gross and it parks you in the bathroom for hours. Spinach, ya dig?).
8. Is there a particular movie you never find yourself tiring of watching? What is it? What do you love about it the most?
I could always watch Gladiator and Breakfast at Tiffany's! I just really like them, I'm not sure why haha.
9. Favorite season?
Autumn.
10. Do you have any tattoos? Would you want one? Why or why not?
No tattoos, and I'm not sure if I'd ever get one (not that they don't look nice or anything), but if I did, it'd definitely be something LoZ-related
11. What’s your favorite TV show? Who are your favorite characters and why?
;;A;; I don't watch much TV, either! The episodes of Burn Notice that I saw were really cool, though--I think I actually had the patience to sit through a season or two of that one, where Sam and Fiona are definitely my fav characters! There's a Korean series I loved to death, though, called Dae Jang Geum (or 'Da Chang Jin', in Mandarin--which was the language I watched it in). Ugghhhh, the main protagonist, Jang Geum, is perfect; I don't think I've ever been taken on a more inspiring or emotionally turbulent adventure, in terms of TV shows (and it's about cooking!!). You could probably find an English dub or subtitled format, somewhere, as well.
