Zelda is living her best life.

Last year Zelda went as The Queen Mum for Halloween.

She fell asleep on my legs and now I can’t move. We live here now.

Ten minutes into our walk, Zelda decided it was too hot and lay down in the grass.

Our new couch came and I’m super excited. The morning was busy with the delivery, errands, dog walking, and then finally some editing/rewriting.

But now it’s 3 in the afternoon and it’s bright and sunny and Zelda is napping somewhere and I’m running out of steam. 

And I don’t want to leave the couch ever again.

Even Zelda had her time on the blue couch.

Good afternoon,

I’m feeling somewhat underwhelmed and exhausted today. Maybe it’s the weather, maybe it’s just me. Either way, I’m slow and not getting much done.

I’m meeting an old high school friend for dinner tonight and then going to the TDG mixer, both of which I’m looking forward to, but this afternoon I mostly feel like curling up with these two cuties on the couch.

I hope you’re doing well wherever you are. Some days were just made for naps.
