Favorite Picks on Orange Harp
A few weeks ago, I wrote about Orange Harp, a new conscious shopping app. Their mission is to make it easy for people to connect with makers, discover incredible products, and make a social change.
Today, I'm showing you some of my favorite picks from Orange Harp to kick off my collaboration with them on Pinterest. All week, I'll be pinning inspiration for a colorful, conscious lifestyle with more meaning and mindfulness. Download the Orange Harp app to find these products and then follow my color story on Pinterest this week!

We are in Love with Love!
We hope you had a fantastic New Year’s Eve and are ready to tackle this year head on! This week brought about lots of exciting fun, but the craziness didn’t stop us from finding some amazing things to share with you all.
First up is a new iPad magazine called deliberateLife:
The folks at deliberateLife are focusing “on inspiring people to live well and do good by making intentional choices about how they spend their time and money; engage in their communities; and understand global issues.”
Each issue of deliberateLife will have articles devoted to living your life with purpose, engaging in your community, ideas for travel and volunteering, food, ethically made products, green living and more. Check out their Facebook page as well and make sure you like them! (Also, check on our FB page at 12 pm EST today or a sweet surprise involving these guys!)
Here’s a sneak peak of the magazine:
The second thing we are just giddy for is Emily Winfield Martin and her creative genius, The Black Apple:
Emily is so talented. Writing, drawing, sketching, painting, sewing and illustrating are some of the things this whimsical gal can do! With a fairytale vintage-y approach, you will be whisked away to another world with her art.
Emily not only wrote a children’s book but illustrated it as well; called Oddfellow’s Orphanage, this book makes us want to be children again… the website for the book is just as amazing. Plus you can download these amazing paperdolls (for personal use only).
Check out some of her other work:
We just love her and her sweet style.
And last but not least, we are swooning over Zelma Rose Jewelry! They sell much more than jewelry but we can’t stop looking at their necklaces, especially the hand cross stitched ones like:
or:
We love the handiwork on each piece and old world feel meets modern chic. Perfect for any fashionista.
This has to be our favorite Zelma Rose piece, the chalkboard locket! Write your feelings or a secret and wear it around you neck. So cute.
What are you loving from the week? Any great handmade items out there or neat DIYs that we can’t pass up? We would love to pass them along!
Bridesmaid Locket with Chalkboard
This is a lovely vintage gift to give to your bridesmaids for your wedding or even to just give to your maid of honor. Zelma Rose's personal etsy shop sells these cute chalkboard lockets and many other types of jewelry. You should definitely take a look at her Etsy shop and look for other handmade items by her.
Aren't they just the most adorable concept you have seen in a while. I think I would just buy one for myself. (:
Enjoy and Happy Planning.
