I myself have have always been a loyal customer to your establishment and the fact that restaurants sometimes make mistakes is their problem, not mine. The fact that I have chosen to spend my hard earned money at your establishment and that you take no responsibility for it stands for you. I could not imagine something worse than to be thrown out of a party that I did not want to attend to in the first place. But I do know now where your horrible reputation comes from. I ate at Zepra Tel Aviv. Well, I ordered food from their delivery service. Something that I do kind off often. The total average off my check amount usually comes to about 40 USD. I recall complaining about the service three times during the course over the 5.5 years that I have lived in Tel Aviv, Israel.
