sunshine lazy—zero-bd
zero-bd released musical schizophrenicia on their 2006 album bongos, bleeps & basslines. i heard sunshine lazy first and thought i was in for my nu-jazz fix, but i was pleasantly disturbed to find all kinds of crazy shit going on. house, hip hop, trip hop, jazz, electronic, conga madness! it’s as if the two minds behind the music both had several unique and very quarky personalities and then mashed them ALL into every track. what an adventure i’ve just been on.
