Recently there has been alot of talk on how the connection type will dictate bone loss or bone maintenance. I will admit that I have not placed nearly as many conical connections as I have this style of internal hex. What I can tell you from my personal experience is that I have had great success with the @biohorizons tapered Plus and Pro line of implants when placed sub-crestal. Both immediate and healed sites.
