Today we made a Mexican style breakfast using @eatzeroegg. Started the dish by sauteing some jalapeno, tomato, red onion and sweet pepper. Then tossed in the egg substitute and let it sit till it got a little firm. Then mixed all together. Topped it with some cilantro avocado some @followyourheart vegan cheese and served it with some tortillas.
