I think Zero is such a princess about everything, like he'll casually have KW do anything and everything for him, because he loves being pampered. He likes to be sassy about it as a joke, but he does really appreciate KW taking care of him.

KW also doesn't really mind doing all those things, he already does a lot for Elektra anyway. He makes time for his ice queen without a second thought. :)
