14. Ohhhh probably when I went to Bangladesh in eighth grade! As a whole I usually greatly dislike Bangladesh just because of Dhaka but we went to the coastal region of Chittagong called Cox’s Bazaar, it’s basically the first thing that comes to mind when people think about Bangladesh! Villages, women with straw baskets picking herbs in bright coloured saris-IT JUST MAKES ME HAPPY REMEMBERING 😍!!! BUT I am rambling!!!!! There are beaches and mountains and the freshest food you will ever eat (also a lot of naked children due to poverty that doesn’t escape even village living) and vendors selling everything seashell related. I remember going on road trips along the ocean and my uncle rented a motorbike for me to ride on the beach and going hiking to the temple on the mountain. I’m actually going back again in July! Generally I’ve found that there are beautiful gems hidden everywhere you just have to look for them!

20. Oh man, high school lol well I entered a songwriting contest and got cast on TV once!

When it comes to things that someone has said that mean a lot to me-it’s usually something Sarah has told me and I can never recall word for word what it is that she would say, but it’s that she loves and cares for me and for someone who has been depressed for so long thinking I would die without anyone missing me, I hold her words close to my heart.

so gem/cap is air/earth which are opposites so right from the get-go it’s very yes-or-no, it could either work well or be super awful depending! they might feel super different in mindset which could either be a turn-on (opposites attract) or turnoff if they’re more like, impatient and unwilling to work around differences

gem is mutable (meaning changing) and cap is cardinal (meaning starting). gem is adaptable and can mold themselves to fit in many situations, and cap lives for starting from the ground up/working their way up. cap is also during the winter solstice, so it represents an extreme - so put both together you get big new beginnings, basically a sign where there will be many stages and changes within a relationship, and gem being mutable thrives on change and will be able to adapt to this but bc cap will take charge of things gem will often find themselves going along with things and giving in to what cap wants simply bc they would go with the flow and not want to (or be able to) keep things the way they are... so basically the relationship will be ever-changing with many different eras/stages

cap is very physical and needs attention & gratification where gem wants a genuine connection in their mind, a soul mate or kindred spirit that really gets them

overall because they are so different communication is the #1 thing bc small things can end up bothering u so much but it could have meant nothing to the other person and vice versa so talk evvverything out like, constantly

Lust: I find insight to be a very attractive quality, or just not beating around the bush and getting to the heart of things because it's something I can't do and admire in other people. I don't know what it is exactly but sometimes I just look at girls and I think what wonderful human beings they are and how much they should be celebrated.Pride: I like that it's easier for me to express myself coherently when I can write things down. There is a big disconnect between my speech and my words and I've always been proud of that. I think the songs I write are really fucking awesome.Sloth: I hate that it feels like I have to try three times harder than everybody else to achieve average tasks because I have really slow comprehension for most things. I often left my personal emotions interfere with important things and I tend to make myself look like a fool in the process. Envy: I wish I was better at articulating myself and not getting hard feelings when I fight with other people. I wish I was a better writer and singer some days, but that's a work in progress and I'm working on it! I wish I had more ambitions and actively find the motivation do things I like and improve myself, but I think thats a universal thing as well.Gluttony: TOO MANY FAVE FOODS!!! Obviously sushi, Greek food, Somalian, and Desi but I guess there is like a bunch of stand out dishes like the SIMA lunch set, roast chicken dinner with roast potatoes and greek salad, and goat curry with rice and salad, golden chicken from cambodiana or basically any thai style/hakka chinese style foods, manchurian rice from Fredericks, basically anything my dad cooks. I'M SORRY IM JUST ALL ABOUT THE FOODS OKAYWrath: Fucking islamophobia and the blind ignorance of the spread of systematic oppression of all minority groups Greed: Really good books, Fanfiction, GIRLS!!!!!!!!!, things that smell good (i.e. tea and candles and such) but really, Fanfiction is the top of my list.

44. Honestly? Bottom of the ocean all the way. The fact that life can CONTINUE TO EXIST and can STILL be observed today is a miracle of its own and in comparison, more money is being thrown at space exploration (for mining lets be real) rather than observing the natural phenomenon that is THE MOTHERFUCKING SEA!!!! Like 5% of our oceans have been explored and Mars in comparison has almost 100% explored. When we explore space, we are seeing what could have been Earth billions of years ago, so I feel like this planet should be observed while its still here and while we still able to see it!

Sorry for the rant at the end I JUST REALLY THINK OCEANS ARE NEAT

my super-cool friends (with Jess on the far right) playing an Animal Crossing medley in their saxophone quartet, Saxual Education! (apologies for the chatter in the background and for starting recording a few seconds in!!)
