been freaking out because i never thought about having adhd (i never was a hyperactive kid) but i keep seeing adhd posts to which i relate, like about zoning out during whole conversations, or not being able to get works done in time bc i just— cant, my legs (or feet, or hands) are always fidgeting, when someone doesnt react "good" to smth i do i cant keep irrationally feeling they hate me (it even happens with my best friends), i get overwhelmed answering texts then forget them, its scary T^T

You don’t have to be a hyperactive kid to have ADHD! There’s three types of ADHD, but ADHD-PI (Primarily Inattentive) doesn’t always present as physical movement, but as racing thoughts. This is especially common in AFAB people.

It’s called “Action Man”! I believe I downloaded it from somewhere.. I honestly don’t remember though >.< I’m sure if you Google it it’ll pop up!
