Hello, if you're accepting prompts, could it be possible to request anything Zhusang? Perhaps art, I don't think the pairing has any yet.
I’m so sorry if you were hoping for proper art, I don’t know how to draw anymore

zhusang for body part canons, please?
Headcanon: Wen Zhuliu is the one with the strongest moral code between them. Considering he doesn't have much of one, that should tell you something about Nie Huaisang... bless his laziness getting in the way of world domination
Heartcanon: Nie Huaisang doesn't really care about people, except if he considers them to be his, in which case he will find ways to take care of them and dote on them. Wen Zhuliu, once in his service, is absolutely in that category. It's probably a bit unsettling at first for him, coming from the Wen sect that mostly treated him as a dangerous weapon, but he really enjoys it.
Gutcanon: Wen Zhuliu, if asked, would have eliminated both jgy and lxc for their role in nmj's death. Maybe even without being asked.
Junkcanon: nhs is mostly a pillow princess, but once in a while he WILL spoil wzl entirely, taking him apart slowly just because he can, and because wzl deserves it
Spleencanon: /
🍯 for ZhuSang because I have to.
🍯 do they give each other nicknames ? have them list a few of their favourites !
Wen Zhuilu: calls nhs “Young Master” but like. With ~feelings~. He only does that if they’re in private though. He has respect for his master/sect leader/secret husband, and would never dare to address him inappropriately in public! (and if they’re in private and he’s feeling extra romantic, he’ll call nhs “husband” and nhs spontaneously combusts each time)
Nie Huaisang: so many stupid nicknames. It helps him play in the idiot person, so in public He’ll call wzl “ZhuiZhui” or “Lulu”, just for the pleasure to see everyone around them cringe at the way nhs treats what, to them, amounts to a living weapon. In private, nhs likes to call him very sweet things, maybe bird names or precious stones, because that man deserves as much devotion as what he’s showing nhs, dammit!
🏥 💥 🌸 💐 zhusang, please?
🏥 Taking Care of Injuries HC
Wen Zhuliu is very level headed about it when Huaisang gets hurt. He puts up with nhs’s wailing and dramatic failing without blinking. If Huaisang gets quiet though, wzl knows it’s serious and will silently worry and nurse him attentively.
Huaisang will fuss over minor injuries if wzl gets some, but more to show he cares than anything because he knows wzl can take care of himself. If someone wzl gets seriously wounded, nhs switches into serious mode and won’t rest until he’s sure there’s no danger. Then when wzl is better, he’ll whine about his beloved trying to die to be released from his service, and how cruel that is.
💥 First Fight/Making Up HC
Their first meeting is them fighting and trying to kill each other probably does that count?
I don’t really see either of them as the type to have fights. At least, not in a typical manner. Wzl will occasionally express his displeasure with a meaningful look, while nhs will vocally complain about everything except what actually bothers him.
🌸 Kissing HC
wzl was mostly indifferent toward kissing before, because he’s always had other things on his mind. nhs finds that intolerable and demands to be kissed frequently, lest he forgets that he is loved. wzl doesn’t mind, and over time learns to initiate kissing, which nhs takes as a great victory.
💐 Family/Kids HC
Cultivation is dangerous business, especially in Qinghe Nie, so when a cousin of nhs finds themself orphaned, they adopt the child. Wzl is definitely the cool dad, who lets the child get away with a lot of things as long as nobody gets hurt. nhs seems like he’s cool dad number two, but he closely monitors the kid’s progress, who they’re hanging out with, how their cultivation is growing... he knows what kind of shit a child can get up to, and he’s not going to let his baby get in as much trouble as he did
“Wait a minute. Are you jealous?” “I’ve seen the way you look at me when you think I don’t notice.” “Kiss me” for Wen Zhuliu x Nie Huaisang. Because I still love them.
I know I’m overdue for wzl/nhs so I went ahead and used all three :D hope this satisfies you a bit XD
Nie Huaisang taps his fingers on the desk as he inspects the invitation from Jin Guangyao. The last thing he needs in his life is to go to a Night Hunt, but he's starting to run out of excuses to avoid those. Wen Zhuliu doesn't say anything, but he is a man of expressive silences and Nie Huaisang can still hear the comment.
“I'm not nervous,” he claims, tapping a little harder on the wood. “That bastard hasn't made me nervous in years.”
You are the image of calm and serenity, Wen Zhuliu doesn't say, the corner of his lips rising ever so slightly.
“Shut up. I just don't want to go. It's boring, everyone is condescending and tries to tell me that next time I'll manage to land a blow, and then there's always someone trying to introduce me to their daughter or cousin or thrice removed niece. Jin Guangyao's Night Hunts aren't hunts, they're just a social outing.”
“Jin Guangyao wants you to marry,” Wen Zhuliu states.
It's odd that he feels that's important enough to actually bother saying out loud, when the entire cultivation world is pushing Nie Huaisang to find a wife already. The tone, also, is not quite as flat as usual, and that's enough to make Nie Huaisang look up from the letter.
Wen Zhuliu is, at first glance, as impassible as ever. But Nie Huaisang has years of experience in reading this man's features, so he notices the tension his eyebrows, the slightly defensive posture. Most importantly, it doesn't escape him that Wen Zhuliu refuses to meet his eyes.
“Wait a minute. Are you jealous?” Nie Huaisang asks, half wanting to laugh.
The only answer he gets is an eyeroll, but the tension in Wen Zhuliu's body increases ever so slightly. Nie Huaisang can't help smirking.
“Master Wen, I can't believe it!” Nie Huaisang gasps theatrically. “Why, could it be that one of the young ladies thrown my way has caught your interest and you wish she would look your way rather than mine? Please tell me which one it is, and as your sect leader I will do my best to ensure you get proper consideration from her parents!”
At this, Wen Zhuliu finally looks at him, his eyes narrowing in either amusement or warning. There's often little difference, and Nie Huaisang tends to react to both the same way.
“Or could it be you have your eyes set on a different direction entirely?” Nie Huaisang wonders, his tone teasing. “Master Wen, I must say you're not nearly as subtle as you think you are. I've seen the way you look at me when you think I don't notice.”
“I'd be foolish to do that. Sect Leader Nie notices everything.”
“But you do look,” Nie Huaisang insists, before laughing. “Oh. So you're looking at me to be noticed, uh? How very shameless. And have you looked at all your masters this way?”
The memory of Wen Chao, the idea of staring at him with any heat, is enough to make Wen Zhuliu actually grimace, which of course means Nie Huaisang only laughs harder. It's always a little victory when he can make this ever stoic man react so strongly.
“I do not look at Sect Leader Nie because he employs me,” Wen Zhuliu states. “I look at him because he is handsome, clever, and enjoys being looked at.”
Nie Huaisang's laughter dies in his throat.
The problem with teasing Wen Zhuliu, of course, is that it can go both ways, and Nie Huaisang's self control always cracks when his right hand man compliments him.
“Ridiculous,” he huffs, his cheeks heating up. “Baseless accusations. I do not enjoy being looked at. If anything, I try to avoid it, unless necessary!”
Wen Zhuliu gives that statement some consideration.
“You enjoy being looked at by me,” he corrects, a hint of smugness to his voice.
Nie Huaisang reaches to his fan and hurriedly opens it, the only way he can hide how red his face must be. Sometimes, he misses the days when Wen Zhuliu still felt awkward around him, because his heart just can't take that sort of flirting. How dare this man says such things, in such an earnest manner?
“Absolutely ridiculous,” Nie Huaisang mutters. “I've never... I'm just... you are offending my honour, Master Wen!”
Wen Zhuliu raises an eyebrow, but says nothing.
“You have! And... and I demand retributions for this!”
Wen Zhuliu huffs, a half smile on his lips, and steps closer to his sect leader's seat.
“Apologies. What retribution does Sect Leader Nie demand?”
With affected carelessness, Nie Huaisang closes his fan and taps it lightly against his lips, as if trying to think about it.
“What to request... money is irrelevant of course, since I'm paying you anyway. I cannot ask for a duel, we've been there before and know how that would go. You have served me well in the past, so I cannot dismiss you over this terrible affront, especially not when you know too many of my secrets. Ah, what to ask for? Hm... Master Wen, what do you have to offer?”
Wen Zhuliu's eyes dart to where his fan presses against his lips. Nie Huaisang grins.
“Ah, yes, a fantastic idea. Kiss me, Master Wen. That will be the price to pay for your insolence!”
Again Wen Zhuliu rolls his eyes but he leans forward to give what is asked from him. Before their lips can even touch, Nie Huaisang has thrown his arms around the other man's neck, to make it very clear that his honour won't be satisfied with a quick peck.
He has been deeply offended after all, and must now be kissed deeply to make up for it.
[Reply to last answer] So, essentially, wzl removed nhs's golden core, nhs went "Oh sweet, I don't have to train my cutlivation anymore! Also fuck you." and I imagine stabbed wzl with his fan. And wzl went "Huh. I need to follow this kid, he has potential." XD I love that!
Oh, and I forgot to ask in my previous ask: how did mingjue react when nhs came back on foot with wzl in tow being all "Da-ge, look who followed me home, can we keep him?"
It’s a win-win! nhs free from this thing he hates most, wzl gaining a boss who actually treats him with respect
And I can’t imagine nmj being particularly happy about this... new development at first, but wzl would come with a lot of knowledge about Wen Ruohan’s army and strengths, and I think nmj would instantly have respect for anyone who treats his brother with deference and loyalty.
He’s going to be upset when he figures out what happened to nhs’s cultivation, but at this point it’s too late to send wzl away, especially since nhs just wouldn’t allow it. Loyalty goes both way, and although his methods are different, he’ll defend wzl just as fiercely as wzl protects him!
theivorywriter replied to your post: [Reply to last answer] So, essentially, wzl...
Wzl knows the ins and outs of the Wen better than anyone. He gives it all the NMJ and fights by his side to help win the war. He offers to cut off the hand that melted JC’s core as payment to the Jiang sect (to nhs’s immense displeasure. Luckily JC is all “doing that won’t change anything”). And perhaps more importantly to NMJ, he guards NHS with his life.
jc DOES get to punch him in the face though
and I bet there’s going to be at least one awkward conversation between wzl and wwx about his missing golden core, because wzl would at the very least have some degree of professional curiosity over that
possibly, having wzl on their side would also create a precedent that might help protect Wen Qing’s people?
luke-fone-fabre replied to your post: theivorywriter replied to your post: ...
wzl is so loyal to nhs and he knows nhs wants to know all the hot gossip… so he would absolutely tell nhs about wwx’s missing core
nhs: so, give me the tea! >3
wzl: *pours tea for him*
nhs: not what I meant, but still appreciated
