Is their current design the first one?

Honestly, most of the time when I design characters, they don't change very much? Rin's literally the same as their first drawing except more refined maybe.

What is the OC’s relationship with their parents like?

Very bad. Absolutely no communication whatsoever. They're dead (to him but also possibly actually?) as far as he's concerned. They effectively severed all ties with his family and never looked back.

What originally inspired the OC?

As embarrassing as it sounds... Roleplaying and making up random personas on Character.AI... I'M SORRY I'M SORRY BUT THAT IS THE TRUTH!!! I also thought exploring and dissecting the kuudere and/or dandere anime tropes would be fun. I try my best to make them a balance between silly and serious. Osomatsu-san is a comedy anime after all, but also, I like to think too hard.

Does your OC have any phobias?

I feel like his fears are very logical trauma responses and symptoms of neurodivergency. This includes fears of public speaking, authority figures, being touched, being watched, being yelled at or scolded, childbirth and pregnancy, coercion, gaslighting, being lied to, abandonment, strangers, needles... Other things I'm sure I'm missing... They're not really afraid of anything in horror stuff, just if it's in real life and directly affecting him.
