“harrowmont is interesting because he’s the kind of character dragon age loves to punish: polite, traditional, convinced stability is worth protecting, trying to keep a crumbling system from collapsing all at once. and you can argue about whether his idea of “the old ways” is good for orzammar, but i appreciate that he feels sincere about it—like he genuinely believes he’s protecting his people, not just protecting himself. also, being endrin’s second and still ending up in a succession brawl is such a nightmare workplace scenario.”
