"So, instead of helping you, they ran off the moment they saw what was happening?" The tall male glared after the retreating figures, then turned back to face the beaten and bloodied Hyrulian. ((Haha I have no idea what I'm doing~))
"Pretty much." Link couldn't do much more than shrug. "I'm not exactly the royal guard's favorite guy." He honestly tried his best to always stay out of the way of Hyrule's army. The soldiers didn't much care for renegade heroics, and Link wasn't one to stay where he wasn't wanted. It was no surprise they'd turn their heads if he was ever threatened or in trouble. "Not that it matters much." he said with a smile. "I'm used to it by now." And, honestly, this whole thing could have been a lot worse. At least they'd just left things be instead of joining in.
