do i have to watch/read alnst to get into zombie stage? i've never been interested in alien stage but zombie stage looks really cool to me! :D

Why do we have Sua's arm?

I think the body parts go every time more difficult to identify, from the most obvious and expressive with her emotions (Sua) to the organs that are a pain to guess which is from who.

So, why Sua's arm?

Because she is always reaching for Mizi. When they meet up, what Sua does is wave at her. Every fucking time they kiss, Sua's hand is in Mizi's face. The first thing she does when she sees her as a zombie, is to touch her.

When Mizi is falling, i know is obvious she would reach out with her arm to save her, but there it is the arm. Sua seems to need to feel Mizi next to her. So they are taking away her arm, the part she uses most to show her love to Mizi

In the next scenes we see the way Sua is always with her hands going for Mizi:

When she appears as a ghost or spirit, what does she do? Hug Mizi, her arms are there once again. And the final part, the arm they take away, is the arm she is using to take Mizi's hand. I can see the fucking advertisement as "the arm of love" or "the arm of desire" or "the arm of desperation" or "the arm of reaching"

Mizi and Sua got an inflated amount of hate after some media that gave deeper insights to their characters came out (True face and zombie stage+zmst) but that just made me care more abt them and alsnt in general.

These are fictional characters yes they are twisted yes they are toxic but what is fiction for if it can't be twisted and bad? I love Mizi's survivor guilt I love her internalized inferiority complexes I love Sua's toxic codependence and savior mindset.

These things make them INTERESTING, every single character with screen time in this universe is deeply messed up no one is exempt from this and a lot of media in these types of settings require these types of characters.

(Also the male characters get wayyyy less hate for the same amount of twistedness I'm not saying female charas can't be criticized bc of their gender, just that I'm noticing patterns)

One thing to note, the zombie stage logo that was seen in the teaser and comic looks to be based on a scrapped logo for alien stage that was seen in the artbook. I don't have my artbook on hand so take a look at this low quality screenshot

The style of the iconography, especially in the middle logo from the artbook is quite clear
