if you know me, you know how much i absolutely adore cinderwings!! i decided to typeset the fic into a physical book a few months ago, and have gone through several styles and designs before settling on the current iteration. while i have posted a previous version of this typeset, it was several editions ago, and i thought @hellodean and @dadstiel’s celebration would be a perfect time to post an update! (congrats kels and sarah MWAH 💕💋✨)

Did you ever finish your typeset of Cinderwings? I've been thinking about it ever since you posted it!

hi!! i’m so happy to hear you’re interested! i haven’t finished it– i looked at the files again and realized that it didn’t feel like me if that makes any sense? i’m trying out some new design elements (mainly the display typefaces) to modernize it a bit. i’ll prob post a finalized version of the original files too if someone wants a more rustic look!

Hi!! As a big fan of typesetting, I was wondering if you'd make your finished copy of cinderwings available or if it was just something for yourself?

hey! thanks so much for asking! i’ll def make the files available for people who want them!! i’m probably a few weeks away from finalizing the copy, but i’ll post an update when i’m done. also, i’m not sure if people would want me to wait until i get my own physical copy so i can make sure it looks ok or if i should just immediately make it available, so lmk your preference if you have one!

ETA: i’m going to use the tag zoë typesets in case anyone wants to track my progress on this project!
