Let me try to explain that. For example, I am a sun Taurus (Earth), moon Capricorn (Earth), rising/ascendant Libra (Air). I am lacking water and fire energy, so crystals with these energies would help to bring me more into balance. You can take it a step further and look at your entire natal chart. For me, my natal chart is very heavy on the Earth element but only 1 Water. So water element crystals, like my favorites Aquamarine or Rose Quartz, would be ideal crystal for me to carry. Check out the chart you created from your birthday information and calculate up how many of each elemental Air? How many Water? Which one do you have the least of?
