heck yeah! i know @fraudulent-cheese made some zoerra art that i thought was super cute, would love to see an au of all stars where they get together. thanks for the ask!

I think both Sierra and Zoey would be fans of Lost wave. The former because it's lost media! an internet mystery to solve and look into and obsess over! and the later because it's like the ultimate form of unknown music, we don't even know who made them

part of Zoey's always happy when the creators are found since they can receive some well deserved recongnition, but also disappointed since now there's gonna be way more people that know about them

...I just got the idea of a zoerra fic where Zoey has an almost parasocial rivalry with Sierra because she keeps finding/heavily contributing in the searches for these artists and making these songs blow up in popularity, causing Zoey to think they'd loose their indie prestige [and because she's scared of being just 'part of the crowd' and loose the small community she was comfortable in, but shush] but eventually they accidentally talk to eachother on another post (maybe a fandom post?) and realise that hey! the other one's just like them fr! And they actually talk and become mutuals eventually and they both found good company in eachother and their different outlooks, which eventually blossoms into dating and then meeting eachother offline-

and for dates they'd make music together [Zoey also just posts music related content in general, including her playing the Ukelele, and Sierra has experience using synths and vocaloids and making YTPMVs] or conduct the irl parts of their lostwave searches. Do you see the vision yet

Just got hit in the face with a Zoerra fic idea...

It's a No Total Drama AU, takes place in a roller skating rink. Zoey's been taken there by Dakota insisting that she should learn it (this was after she overheard the red head saying she never tried it before) while Sierra's been taken there by Heather because Sierra wanted to do something fun together and not at the mall, and they'll have the perfect excuse afterwards to grab a coffee and talk school gossip/rumors.

Sierra's having a ton of fun and seperates from Heather who isn't the best at it, while Zoey's trying to move on her own, Sierra doesn't look where she's going and they run into eachother. With some stumbling, Sierra manages to get Zoey back on her feet and they're both super apologetic, and Sierra notices Zoey's not super stabble in general so she offers to acompany her for a little bit. Zoey's a little unsure, but the other girls looks really excited about it so she accepts!

So they hang out for a bit, skating around; at some point early on Zoey asks if she could hold Sierra's hand to stabilize herself and Sierra lowkey has a crisis about it while accepting it. She is soooo developping a crush on this random girl and she is equally excited about it as she is nervous about fucking it up. Then afterwards they talk and they realize they're both a fan of the same series and talk about it for 20 minutes until Heather calls Sierra over. Then they exchange Tumblr urls.

Zoey finds Dakota pretty easily afterwards (she's fully decked out in bright pink and neon greens and yellows, she's hard to miss) and confirms she's had a pretty good time!

Heather immediately clocks the fact Sierra's somehow more excited than she was before they went there and is determined to figure out why. When she realises Sierra got a crush on Zoey, she's frankly unsurprised (Sierra would like nerds) but is still gonna be critical about it (why her???). Would be funnier if Zoey previously had a crush on Heather too...

I'll go in preference order, but be warned i've only been exposed to shows like these via osmosis so my judgements may be flawed ^^

Courtzzy: It's 100% Izzy. She's got too much neurodivergent swag to not get fridged by such shows, plus they'd probably prefer to focus on Courtney fucking snapping once she's gone. That or they ax Courtney and sideline the hell out of Izzy

Heatheva: Eva. Out of network demand. To give Heather a character arc. Next question.

Zoerra: Zoey's got too much "girl next door" charm to get axed. I vote they're a couple that show up for one episode, Sierra gets shot and Zoey shows up two seasons later after everyone's stopped watching with a boyfriend or something

Scamy: They're vilains and lesbians, both could get axed very easily, but also Amy's 100% the one taking a random ass bullet. Scarlett's too important to die like that, plus they would make Amy a dead backstory girlfriend (for both Scarlett and/or Sammy's development. i guess)

Scariya: Either Priya gets killed so Scary can own up to her name and fuck shit up, or they kill Scary Girl and Priya tries destroying the world but gets talked down by her friends somehow

Midnight Surfing (Gwidgette) + Gwendsay: Im grouping these two together because they've got similar judgements, I.E the blonde one is more likely to die for Gwen's character development, unless the show wants to milk the tragedy which in that case they will ax Gwen, have the girlfriend grieve for half a season then demote her to background extra and everyone hates it

Gwaurie: Laurie 100%, she doesn't have enough fans for the network to justify keeping her around in the story and they'd want you to sympathise with Gwen
