Curse of the Black Rocks Prompt

 Happens during Queen for a Day

If Varian didn’t have a chance to try out the Amber when the Black Rocks sprouted into his lab and trapped his hand

His screams brought his father running to find the Black Rocks trapping his son’s hand

Quirin tried to dislodge Varian’s hand but it was little room and not enough to escape

Then Varian screamed in pain as more Black rocks appeared and skewered the lower part of his arm, causing blood to appear between the rocks

Varian begged Ruddiger to bring the vial of Amber to stop the Black Rocks

Though, Quirin was reluctant to use it, he hoped the rocks would be stopped with it before Varian is killed

The Amber stopped the rocks from spreading, but then the Amber began incasing them and slowly Varian’s lower arm

Quirin knew that Varian would either bleed to death or be encased by the amber and knew he had to chop it off

Quirin told his son to trust him and look away as he got his sword

Quirin told Varian he was sorry for what he had to do as Varian tried to block out what was going to happen next

Varian’s father then chopped of the halfway part of Varian’s arm to save his life

Quirin then bandaged up his son and took his unconscious body to the castle with Ruddiger

Varian was sent into a deep coma as the doctors helped the sleeping boy

Quirin stayed by his side as Queen Arianna and King Fredric were there for him

Fredric told his daughter that he didn’t want to see his daughter suffer like Varian has as Rapunzel was worried for the boy

The Black Rocks had a magic to not only destroy but to corrupt and change

The magic infects Varian as he turned into a Servant to the Moonstone

This infection caused thick veins, Pitch Black Eyes, and a zombie-like monstrous hostility

Varian then attacked Rapunzel under the influence of the Moonstone as the Black Rocks controlled his mind

When Rapunzel tried to help Varian, the Moonstone began to speak through Varian, demanding for its counterpart to return to it

Fredric and Quirin tried to knock out Varian and protect Rapunzel but Varian had his alchemy

Varian escapes with the Queen as the Guards closed in and tried to capture him to cure Varian

Varian demands that Rapunzel returns to Old Corona to speak

Rapunzel, Quirin, Fredric, and everyone else prepared to fight a tainted Varian and rescue both him and the Queen

Arianna tried to help Varian fight back against the Black Rocks that were controlling his mind, though Varian struggled, the Black Rock Magic were too strong for his mind

Quirin told Rapunzel that she might be the only one who can help his son

He would explain everything to the princess once Varian is captured

Varian under the possession, used Ruddiger to become a monster, even though he tried to fight it

Ruddiger refused to abandon Varian despite the Black Rocks corrupting him

When possessed Varian failed to capture the Sundrop, he fled to find new means of capturing her, but not before a moment of freedom when Varian told her to use her hair to fight the rocks

While Rapunzel contemplates on what he meant, Corona gets ready for what was coming

Varian comes back with an army of Golems as he demands for the Sundrop in the name of the Moon

He is defeated as Rapunzel used the magic in her hair, wrap up Varian and neutralize the connection between him and the black rock, rendering unconscious

The doctors then gave Varian a sedative as the Magic from Rapunzel’s hair was only temporary and when Varian woke up, he would be possessed again

The Guards then swaddled Varian in sheets and chains as they took him back to the infirmary

Quirin tells that the secret of stopping the rocks and curing his son lied outside as he vowed to be their guide as Varian would come with and constantly watched

Varian can stay normal as long as he tied to Rapunzel’s hair

Varian discovered that the only way to stop the curse was to either destroy the moonstone with the Sundrop or destroy the rocks that infected him

When they returned to Corona after Cassandra’s betrayal, the kingdom is under the control of the Saporians like in cannon but thanks to the severed zombified arm of Varian

The magic of the Black rocks brought to life to destroy Corona because of the Wish of the Moonstone’s user Cassandra

Quirin captured the arm while everyone did everything else in cannon to stop the Saporians

The Black Rocks that infected Varian were destroyed and Varian was cured but not is severed arm which absorbed most of the magic

Varian kept the arm in a glass case to see of he could cure it while building a new metal arm
